Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DNA Daily ("the App"), built and maintained by ARK Identity, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

DNA Daily is a free discipleship application that provides journal tools, prayer frameworks, creed cards, and other spiritual growth resources. The App is designed to help believers grow in their faith through daily practice and reflection.

User Accounts

You may use certain features of the App without an account. To access full features including cloud sync, you must create an account using email/password, Google, or Discord authentication.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App to distribute harmful or malicious content

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within the App, including journal entries and prayer records. By using the App, you grant ARK Identity a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Scripture Content

Bible passages displayed in the App are sourced through the YouVersion API. Scripture content is subject to the copyright and usage terms of the respective Bible translations.

Availability & Changes

We strive to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

Donations

Donations made through the App are processed by Global Service Associates, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ARK Identity does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARK Identity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
